Probably not the only reason, but a valid point.
Larry Bush from Appalachia (I believe he is the spouse of the other crazed Bush) said at the BoS meeting Thursday that the only reason Appy has a hard time attracting any business is because of the coal truck traffic through town.

Lol, read that one also. No one, and I mean no one will locate any kind of business in Appy,, its off the beaten path, the 4-lane took away any hope for traffic to come thru the town. I'll say one thing about Appy, their citizens sure love that little town, but it's days are numbered.
